How to Qualify to Become a CEO Advisor
CEO Advisor, Inc. is currently qualifying CEO AdvisorsTM to join our Network. What does it take to qualify for our CEO Advisor NetworkTM? First, let's look at our definition of a Consultant versus a CEO Coach versus a CEO Advisor. Our simplistic definition of a Consultant is someone or a team that provides expertise and work on a large project to address a specific problem or issue.
At the other end, a CEO Coach provides coaching and expertise by telephone and email, at times on-site, but typically does not work hands-on to perform deliverables for the CEO. In a growing business where the CEO is overwhelmed, overworked and has insufficient time and expertise to perform all of the needed work to grow the business successfully, the CEO Coach may fall short or have less value in the eyes of the CEO.
A CEO Advisor, according to CEO Advisor, Inc.'s methods of doing business, is a hybrid role providing an extremely high value range of scheduled one-to-one meetings and conference calls with the CEO, two group CEO forums annually, hands-on work performed for the CEO and telephone and email support on an on-going basis. More importantly, a CEO Advisor is a small business expert knowledgeable in a full range of services for the CEO, including finance/accounting, operations, hiring, sales/sales team building, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, funding and other specific needs of the CEO in a one-to-one small business (1 - 200 employees) relationship.
If this is where you want to take your career, given a level of expertise and support behind you from CEO Advisor, Inc., the CEO Advisor Network may be just right for you.
